But the Republicans don’t like all the good things that President-Elect Joe is doing, and want to keep counting the vote in Arizona, Georgia and Pennsylvania, and disenfranchising the votes of illegal aliens, people who moved, and dead people. Isn’t it bad enough that dead people have lost his life, and now the Republicans want them to lose their vote! At least we can say Coma-la Harris was the first female of color to be Vice President-Elect, even if for only five days. That’s something the Republicans can never take away from her.

If that is the case, it just means that 90% did not catch COV-19 after getting two shots.
The trial group is about 40,000 volunteers.
It is not clear how large the placebo group is. Nor is the exact placebo infection rate disclosed.
Also - this vaccine requires two shots - 21 days apart - and maximum protection is not reached until 7 more days after the second shot.

I understand they followed the exact protocol necessary to obtain approval. There was no rushing. In fact, I think the FDA forced some extra time in the phase 3 portion of the study.
What is rushed off the manufacturing where the government paid a lot of money to manufacture the vaccines prior to approval.
