Nixon ran against JFK back in 1960. And there was strong evidence of Democrat voter fraud, particularly in Illinois and West Virginia. Nixon’s advisers told him not to contest the election. They said it would tear the country apart. Nixon took that advice, and stood down.
Will Trump stand down in 2020? No way! But the courts just might stand down, in a misguided decision to not “tear the country apart”. That is my concern.

They have to be very transparent and count only legal votes. There is no other way.
If you let them steal this election, we will never have another free and fair election.

It’s a legitimate concern.
And the same could be said of congress.
I figure there’s a large cadre of folks in government, even some that are mostly “good”, that would look the other way for the very same reason.
Especially in the face of overwhelming legal evidence.
Such a finding would rip a chasm through the body politic the likes of which we have not seen since 1860.
There is certain possibility the country would simply melt down.

Note that rioting in a Trump second term allows a rule change for the Right.
The rule change is that the Right is now allowed armed response to defend property and life.
Added bonus, rioting in a Trump second term allows invoking the Insurection Act for Federal response to put down rioters by force.

Standing down at this point is tantamount to surrendering CWII before we even get chance to really fight.

There is no risk of tearing the country apart this time. It’s already apart. Nixon was sold out by his own party twice.
Dems will never admit they purposely committed fraud, but a scenario could be sold that states the voting machines 'malfunctioned', giving a false indication of a Biden win. All the networks, and Biden, walk back their victory claims pending an exhaustive hand-recount of all legal ballots under scrutiny from poll watchers.
No one would believe it, of course, but the Dems save face. When the true vote totals come out, Biden concedes and CWIII is avoided.

I think that will be a concern of the courts. It’s a cowardly concern, to say the least.
They can either tear it apart or kiss it goodbye. I prefer tearing it apart because we WILL win and we’ll have our country again and be rid of those damned fascist commie SOBs once and for all!
I don’t know about ‘Republicans’; but I don’t think Trump is troubled with being ‘civil’.

We are a government by consent of the governed. That consent can be withdrawn at any time - and should be when the government is not responsive to the needs of the governed. Personally I’m right at the edge...

There are a lot of people out there right now who think this way.
Once they begin to understand what’s happening, they will understand where the real danger is coming from, and they will begin to blame the leftists for putting us in this position.
The leftists will be greatly weakened, they are paper tigers (the Americans are, anyway), and they will turn on each other.
There's more than just that reason. The fake-news MSM (aka, the Democrat Party) also wants to give another non-excuse to the violent Marxist Black Lives Matter/Antifa wild thug mob Biden-voter rioters to continue violently rioting throughout all major Democrat-run U.S. cities. The Soros-advised Democrat Party isn't playing games. To Soros, all this Democrat-perpetrated election-year chaos is old hat to him. Soros has seen it a million times in many other countries around the world for the past 80 years. Many countries have accused Soros of deliberately destabilizing their respective countries. It's what Soros does. So all of his vast global experience is coming in quite handy for the desperate Democrat Party during this 2020 U.S. election year.
The left has never been concerned about the country being torn apart. They never “stand down”. Their allies in the judicial system are just as bad (see slavery, abortion, etc.).
We have a 5 to 4 supreme court. Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are now the swing votes. I don’t trust either of them and Coney Barrett is an unknown.
Regardless of the outcome, it’s imperative that we fight. The left needs to know that it’s not going to get a free pass as they destroy our country.
