A Pair of Gateway Pundit Articles expands on the awareness... in a variety of ways...

Scytl Company Website Crashes – Company Reportedly Released Statement, Refuting Reports of US Raid in Germany
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/scytl-company-website-crashes-company-reportedly-released-statement-refuting-reports-us-raid-germany/

Did the US Raid European Software Company Scytl and Seize their Servers in Germany? — Company Refutes Claims?
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/us-raid-software-company-scytl-seize-servers-germany-intel-source-says-yes-happened/

Key elements and my comments are...

Articles claim that Russian company Paragon acquired Scytl in October. So, the bankruptcy was purposed not just in hiding the linkages to Soros as an intentional limit on liability following their pass-through in functions, but also intended in enabling/masking whilefacilitating these other transitions ?

Timing is obviously an issue. October ? Really ? Appears it MUST BE either the Russians acquiring their already made investments in hacking our elections systems... or it is others instead, in an obvious set-up attempt, who were trying to wash their hands of the work they’d already done... while handing the bag to “Russia, Russia, Russia”.

Because we’ve not seen that before...

Say, where were CFIUS and DHS/CISA as key infrastructure was being purchased by Russians ? LOL!!! Nothing to see here ?

Guess which way I’ll probably lean on that question ? That pattern in the dispositions seems it is a perfect match to the MO, noted previously, of one key operator known to be involved... one who seems the most intent, now, in hiding their involvement.

Also claims Bill Gates a Scytl shareholder. I note my original posting here highlighted Vulcan... and left other VC links to be explored. The follow up by others seems to have attached importance to Vulcan, only... ignoring other VC links, which would include the primary VC $ backing from investors in Facebook and Twitter, others ? Follow the money... is an effort that is still thus far overly narrowly focused.

Which flows of VC money were more active in “control” and which were more... passive as investors versus activist ?

Vulcan appears it is being left behind as a bagholder along with Russia... which isn’t giving either of them a pass. They might well be knowing volunteers in that role...

Otherwise, you do have to ask why Gates and Russia would be so easily duped into being made Soros’s bag holders ?

The Scytl “debunking” effort clearly didn’t wear well.. Beyond the easily provable lies in relation to their German server addresses and their obvious Soros connections including both direct business ties and “social” linkages...

“We do not tabulate, tally or count votes in the US”

Yeah. No shit. Sort of the point...

“We did not provide online voting to US jurisdictions for the US elections.”

Seems it is a direct denial that they own Hart Intercivic in a parent/subsidiary relationship... while “partnered” with them ( as also the Soros companies ) is the direct subject of their own news releases ? More study required, perhaps, as also to determine how Mitt Romney is involved in this ?

I’ll just note it as “interesting” that Pennsylvania certifies them as secure... while Texas sues them, instead: Singer v. Hart InterCivic) accusing the company of “false statements… regarding the accuracy, testing, reliability, and security of its voting system”
https://techcrunch.com/2018/10/26/texas-voting-machines-changing-votes-hart-eslate/

In prior posting I’d noted that you could debunk “the Army grabbed them” by yourself... just by testing the servers to check their location. If they report back that they’re in Frankfurt... they’re still up... not taken down.

This article says they HAVE been taken down now ? That’s something. But what is it ? Does nothing much we can see to illuminate the prior history. Doesn’t show what might have been ongoing between the initial reports in a German tweet... and now ? So, not quite a “proof” exactly, giving us a “who” ? But, it seems a solid “what,” if after the fact ? It does appear to make Scytl’s denials look a bit more like:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TrXhxmQJSS0

If you were the Russian company purportedly buying them... and just found this paper bag burning on your front porch ?

I think... remaining skeptical enough to avoid stepping in it... is reasonable.

I won’t accept “no fraud” in Michigan... because the fraud that was exposed was Hart InterCivic machines with a Scytl linkage... instead of a Dominion issue ? The “competition” in voting systems still looks more like “cooperation” in a division of spoils, to me...

Amazing how the roaches scuttle when the lights turn on...

This Youtube link “The Jordan Report” has Gohmert talking and links the Spectator article...

Did the U.S. Raid Software Co. In Germany & Seize Server!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DoiElCIZ7v4

Gohmert’s seems it is the same Newsmax / Chris Salcedo vid as posted before.

The Spectator article, read aloud and separately linked, says they have an independent source verifying the story.

That source says the CIA was kept out of it...

If this were the MSM... that’d be more than good enough ?

https://thespectator.info/2020/11/14/did-the-us-raid-european-software-company-scytl-and-seize-their-servers-in-germany-our-intel-source-says-yes-it-happened/

Most useful bit in the Youtube link may be in the comments:

“Noteworthy... The current Director of National Intelligence appointed by Trump is Richard Grenell. He is formerly the US Ambassador to Germany. He would be in a position to negotiate effectively and directly with former counterparts. And, search YouTube for his recent comments, multiple calling for the accountability of US intelligence agencies (read CIA).”

My musing:

The judge in Arizona refusing to “seal” the evidence might well preclude the government providing evidence they do have, but cannot allow to be made public... yet.

Brennan’s extreme TDS episode in the wake of Esper’s firing... tied to risk Trump might declassify everything...

I’ve previously noted my skepticism of the DOJ, particularly in relation to election fraud... which they’ve bent over backwards to ignore for decades.

That effort is made apparent, again, in this NBC news bit citing a letter published by the WaPoo...

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2020-election/live-blog/2020-11-13-trump-biden-transition-n1247607/ncrd1247822#blogHeader

16 prosecutors tell Barr there’s no evidence of election fraud

There is no evidence of voter fraud or other irregularities that could substantially impact the election, 16 federal prosecutors charged with investigating election crimes have said in a letter to Attorney General William Barr.

The assistant U.S. attorneys who are District Election Officers also urged Barr to rescind a controversial memo issued Monday that authorized prosecutors “to pursue substantial allegations of voting and vote tabulation irregularities prior to the certification of elections.” That is a change from a Justice Department policy.

They wrote that the policy change “was not based in fact”; that in their jurisdictions there is no evidence of substantial allegations; and that their understanding is that a Justice Department section in charge of national oversight of election fraud hasn’t seen any such evidence, either.

“The timing of the announcement inserts all of us into a partisan political debate,” the assistant U.S. attorneys wrote. They said the policy change “has and will engender speculation that it was motivated by partisan political concerns.” The head of the Justice Department’s Election Crimes Branch has resigned that position to protest the Barr memo.

The letter from the assistant U.S. attorneys was reported earlier Friday by The Washington Post.

The obvious, again... How do you know there’s NO EVIDENCE... when you haven’t looked for any ? Why would you think having 16 people not looking would better validate a result in not finding anything ? And they advocate for... looking less ???

All I see is 16 Asst US Attorneys that need to be fired... since they INTEND to not find crimes that exist... instead of intending to ensure that crime doesn’t pay.

Wikipedia article on Scytl contains the link, as footnote one, showing the acquisition of Scytl by the Russian company Paragon, or one of its subsidiaries... changing the ownership while still keeping it ostensibly a Spanish company.

“Service Point Solutions, part of Paragon Group, announces the acquisition of Scytl, the Barcelona based company leader in digital voting and electoral modernization”.

https://www.scytl.com/en/service-point-solutions-part-of-paragon-group-announces-acquisition-of-scytl-the-barcelona-based-company-leader-in-digital-voting-and-electoral-modernization/

Scytl.com. 22 October 2020. “Service Point Solutions, a company quoted in the Spanish Stock Exchange and part of Paragon group, announced today the acquisition of Scytl, a Barcelona based company leader in digital voting and electoral modernization. The acquisition also includes Civiciti, the citizen participation platform launched by the software company in 2016, and Scytl subsidiaries in USA, Canada, Australia, France and Greece.”

“Citizen participation platform”... launched in 2016... leading them into $75 million Euro in debt they couldn’t repay... while their well heeled former VC funding sources largely abandoned prior support of them ?

I note, particularly, that there was a US company involved at one point: Sandton Capital “specializes providing solutions for situations that are too difficult for more traditional sources of capital to navigate.”

Sandton at 16 W 46th Street
https://www.propertyshark.com/mason/Property/20430/16-W-46-St-New-York-NY-10036/

Seems to me that someone at Sandton might be able to answer a few questions about what they saw as the risks when they were looking at Scytl as an investment potential ?

Also note, while their staff does seem it is inordinately large, it isn’t like Sandton is heavy hitter. They’ve apparently only made three other investments:

https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/sandton-capital-partners/recent_investments

July 2020, £10M lead investor: Nextbase design and manufacture dash cameras.
West End, Hampshire, United Kingdom

March 2018, acquired: Aspin Group provides civil engineering products and services, with expertise in foundations and piling for rail, power networks, civils.
Hemel Hempstead, Hertford, United Kingdom

March 2015, acquired: Neoelectra is the independent operator in the CHP and Biomass field in Spain
Sant Just Desvern, Catalonia, Spain

Sandton’s website, interestingly, has a few language options on the upper right corner of the page: English, French, Spanish...

Their “team” page, usefully, shows vcard data if you hover over the pics... 212, 512, 919, 310 area codes plus country codes 33, 34, 44, 352:

Oddly, it also lets you sort by location... and doing that says there are seven people in the UK... even though the vcard data shows many of them in New York... and eight in Europe, again with many of those having New York phone numbers. Where are they, really ? It’s an oddity.

V-card data says the advisors numbers are in New York, Austin, TX, Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC, LA as Beverly Hills, Malibu, Long Beach, CA plus France, Spain, a UK mobile, and Luxembourg.

The page also allows a sort of advisors by role... footnote at the page bottom usefully points out “who has the information” and who doesn’t... A sort for “operations”... and a familiar name or an interesting name or two might stand out.

Dimitri Korvyokov ? A Russian linkage ? A Paragon linkage ? I don’t know the guy, but, can ask... where else might one have seen that name before ? No telling, is the answer, because results of a web search are “no results for this search”... an highly improbable result that mostly occurs when someone is preventing search results being reported. Otherwise you’d tend to get a mass of irrelevant results with similar names (how uncommon would a name have to be to return exactly nothing ?) or others with the same or similar name, just the first, just the last, etc., rather than exactly “nothing”... making that one obvious tell in the “fix” masking web search utility that the AI for now seems incapable of handling plausibly.

Steven Botnick, who seems to be the principle, apparently is the same as the NY realtor ? If only we knew someone with roots in New York real estate ?

Wikipedia page for Paragon is a bit more sparse:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paragon_Software_Group

Interestingly, a web search for “Service Point Solutions” also returns exactly NOTHING ?

Must be hard to succeed in business when the web doesn’t allow people to find you ? How does that work ?

Was it in the election of 1998... that highly credible accusations of election interferences were filed with the US Attorney’s office in Seattle ?

Candidates on the ballot were receiving coordinated and credible “anonymous” death threats... by email.

But, the sender didn’t known how to mask the headers.

The threats were easily traced back to a West Seattle address that was the regional headquarters for Acorn.

The US Attorney’s office refused to investigate...

Three times it was run up the flagpole...

The last time... the career DOJ employees who were concerned about the PROOFS in the EVIDENCE IN HAND... wanting to prosecute it and chalk up an easy win... were told their jobs were at risk if they ever brought it up again. They were PROHIBITED from spending government work time or resources on addressing the concern... ever.

In result... the denial of access to government time and resources... meant that private time and resources applied in monitoring relevant information was the only recourse...

The Makarov... what’s left to be done when good people do the right thing ?

Palace intrigues... not about ideology... do tend to be about who gets to be King... and not about whether or not there should be a King ?

The problem is... “capitalism”... money doing what money thinks is good for money... is ideologically agnostic. It does not care about political legitimacy... and is equally as sanguine about Communism (Armand Hammer) as it is about National Socialism (Prescott Bush).

10 Famous Companies That Collaborated With Nazi Germany
https://historycollection.com/10-famous-companies-collaborated-nazi-germany/

Today, the left want to pretend that National Socialism is not socialism... that it isn’t the same thing as “a public-private partnershio”... that monopolies in bed with a shadow government to control the media... isn’t NAZI ?

Instead, they try to pretend that the 1960’s never happened, that Martin Luther King, and the change he enabled, has made no difference at all, as they re-brand American’s history of opposition to NAZIism as itself being NAZI...
https://www.npr.org/sections/codeswitch/2019/02/20/695941323/when-nazis-took-manhattan

The bait and switch attempt fails to mask the historical parallels... small numbers of racist NAZIs and huge numbers of Americans who are their opponents... just as small numbers of ANTIFA brownshirts and huge numbers of Million MAGA Marchers...

Hitler’s American Friends...
https://www.amazon.com/Hitlers-American-Friends-Reichs-Supporters/dp/1250148952

Racism is real, of course... but you’d have to be a MORON to believe that delusional white college kids rioting for Antifa and BLM... are a proof of sustained systemic racism dominating our culture.

Ideologically, the issue is that capital is $ and it has no rights while market functions have no ideology. Only people have a moral presence. The “market” issue for people is one of ownership... own yourself... or be owned.

The choice is not economic... it is moral... either freedom or slavery... and either free markets... or slavery under forms of market structures that are not free, but controlled... in others interest.
