Glad to see you back and I, too am sorry for your loss. I know that’s especially hard; went through a little - you went through a lot.

Silvia Caparros search proves the link was right about the bankruptcy issue: https://pitchbook.com/profiles/company/11437-66#timeline

Appears they’re looking for a white knight. Seems the list of VC’s backing them ALL threw them away... right before the election ?

That’s what peaked my interest most when I saw the link I posted... as being in bankruptcy now, with momentous events afoot... seems more than a little bit off to me.

On the bright side... Trump could probably BUY them tomorrow... and then he’d own the servers with the data showing the outlines in excruciating detail...

Lots of older, FR threads on Scytl and Clarity Elections....

GLOBAL INTERNET VOTING FIRM BUYS U.S. ELECTION RESULTS REPORTING FIRM
https://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/2834021/posts

...In a major step towards global centralization of election processes, the world’s dominant Internet voting company has purchased the USA’s dominant election results reporting company.

When you view your local or state election results on the Internet, on portals which often appear to be owned by the county elections division, in over 525 US jurisdictions you are actually redirected to a private corporate site controlled by SOE software, which operates under the name ClarityElections.com.

The good news is that this firm promptly reports precinct-level detail in downloadable spreadsheet format.

As reported by BlackBoxVoting.org in 2008, the bad news is that this centralizes one middleman access point for over 525 jurisdictions in AL, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, KY, MI, KS, IL, IN, NC, NM, MN, NY, SC, TX, UT, WA. And growing.

As local election results funnel through SOE’s servers (typically before they reach the public elsewhere), those who run the computer servers for SOE essentially get “first look” at results and the ability to immediately and privately examine vote details throughout the USA...

Scytl: Voter Fraud Facts and Fiction
https://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2881610/posts

...With six months until Election Day, conspiracy theories are percolating on the Internet like bubbling mud pots at Yellowstone: Left-wing billionaire George Soros is going to rig the election for Barack Obama. Foreigners will oversee the nation’s entire vote-counting system. The fix is in, and all is lost.

Before conservatives go all Michael Moore-moonbatty, let’s calm down and separate voter fraud facts from fiction. There’s no time to waste worrying about manufactured scares. And there are plenty of legitimate threats to electoral integrity without having to inflate or concoct them.

FACT: Scytl is a Spain-based business that specializes in “electoral security technology” and electronic voting applications. Its cryptographic research initially was funded by the Spanish government’s Ministry of Science and Technology and later was spun off as a private-sector e-voting venture.

FACT: In January 2012, Scytl acquired U.S.-based SOE Software. SOE writes “election management” programs that assist officials with everything from “Internet voting to election night reporting and online poll worker training.”

FICTION: According to alarmists, Scytl’s acquisition of SOE amounts to a complete takeover of America’s election system. No, not really. While SOE boasts of a presence “with 900 jurisdictions as customers in 26 states,” there is no single contract that the federal government has entered into, or could, with Scytl to count the 2012 presidential election votes. Much of the work Scytl/SOE analysts do is number-crunching and graphics software work after local and state officials have done the vote-counting.

Scytl does have a contract with the feds to use its technology to help overseas and military voters participate in elections. In 2009, the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act mandated that U.S. jurisdictions allow uniformed and overseas citizens to receive and track their ballots electronically. Scytl’s online ballot program was used in 14 states during the 2010 midterms.

FACT: The security risks of e-voting are still a legitimate concern. University of California at Berkeley computer science professor David Wagner wrote a critical report for the Pentagon about the privacy and accuracy shortcomings of Scytl’s military voting program in 2004 — which prompted the feds to cancel the initial program, according to PBS.

In October 2010, the D.C. Board of Elections and Ethics encouraged outside parties to try to find security holes in their online balloting infrastructure operated by Scytl. A group of University of Michigan students successfully hacked into the system, commandeered passwords, doctored ballots and programmed audio of the school’s fight song to play whenever an e-ballot was submitted.....

Soros-connected Vote-counting Firm Expands in U.S.

https://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/3484751/posts

...A Spanish vote-tabulation firm with ties to billionaire globalist George Soros is purchasing software to give it greater power over the voting in U.S. elections.

In a press release under a Barcelona and Tampa, Florida dateline, Scytl announced:

Scytl’s end-to-end election modernization solution covers the full election cycle (Pre-election, Election Day and Post-election), providing electoral bodies the most secure, transparent, auditable and accessible solution in the marketplace and allows Scytl to offer personalized election modernization roadmaps to their customers combining both traditional and online voting solutions as needed.

In order to consolidate such beginning-to-end control, Scytl has purchased software from a trio of organizations within the gravitational pull of planet Soros...

...“We believe Scytl’s wide variety of offerings, investment into certifications, and emphasis on security, auditing, and testing position the company as a dominant provider in election modernization,” says Nishant Shah, Research Analyst at Ovum and author of the On the Radar: Scytl report.....

...Before joining Ovum, Nishant’s work spanned organizational strategy, project management, sustainability, and business development. This included facilitating large-scale public-private partnerships in international health for Ambassador Richard Holbrooke and his Global Business Coalition….

...George Soros is the “founding supporter” of Global Business Coalition....

....Scytl purchased the software division of Gov2U, described as a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and promoting the use of technology in the fields of governance and democracy.....

....Gov4U is currently partnered with Soros’ Open Society to support and develop a group called the Declaration on Parliamentary Openness.

The group runs a website, OpeningParliament.org, which says it is a forum “intended to help connect the world’s civic organizations engaged in monitoring, supporting and opening up their countries’ parliaments and legislative institutions.”

Gov4U, meanwhile, has eight partners of its own listed on its website, including the Soros-funded and partnered National Democratic Institute, or NDI.
....
And, on and on....

That link might also connects a few other dots...

Vulcan Capital has a board member, Luke Sikora
https://www.crunchbase.com/person/luke-sikora
formerly an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers who’s listed as one of the links under Scytl Technology Audits.

Their locations list includes Tampa, Florida, which should be the office of the Clarity Elections / SOE acquisition... https://craft.co/scytl/locations
Which doesn’t explain why their servers are in Frankfurt ?

The video is definitely worth watching (about 1 hour).

The interviewee, Russel Ramsland, is a cybersecurity expert whose company has investigated election fraud.

He first distinguishes between VOTING fraud and ELECTION fraud. VOTING fraud goes on at the precinct and voting center level. It involves manipulation of voting machines, handling of paper ballots, and such. ELECTION fraud is what happens at the county and state levels where results are tabulated and posted to databases for recording, analysis, and reporting.

The video mainly addresses ELECTION fraud. It is based on data gotten from two counties in Texas. He says the data logs show many discrepancies that deserve further investigation. It gets kind of technical, but he shows how the data, once it is posted to the servers, can be manipulated in many ways. He is critical of the lack of security of the system, which is run by a company in Barcelona with data on servers in Frankfurt. He says the entire backend of the system can be manipulated by election officials at the county and state levels, and that it could be hacked by anyone with the technical know-how. He provides examples of how it can be done.

At one point in the video, he shows a news media clip frame-by-frame that clearly show votes being switched from one candidate to another.

He also discusses and shows how the database can be used to compare early and mail-in voting results with election-night results to project the number of votes needed to guarantee a win for a particular candidate.

He says he has tried to show his findings to the FBI and DHS with no success.

Note: His comments are about his research and vulnerabilities of our election systems. Don't confuse his video with Hammer and Scorecard, which appears to be a deep-state tool for hacking into the kind of election system that he describes.

That last link is damning enough...

https://thenewamerican.com/soros-connected-vote-counting-firm-expands-in-u-s/

Pretty directly connects Scytl to Soros... but does that without really saying what the linkage really is between Scytl and Ovum (which name itself is suggestive of its electoral interest ?) other than “sort of” saying they bought software from them... get recognition from them... and have some undefined element in “cooperation”. The contained link to Ovum with a bio for the person responsible on the Soros side: “Nishant Shah, Research Analyst at Ovum and author of the On the Radar: Scytl report.” is no longer an active link, and Ovum itself is now subsumed into Soros’s AI focused “Omidia”: “At the start of 2020 we formed Omdia by unifying the depth and breadth of expertise from Informa Tech’s legacy research brands: Ovum, IHS Markit Technology, Tractica and Heavy Reading. This empowered us to serve the technology industry like never before.” https://omdia.tech.informa.com/who-we-are/about-us#

Informa, now Omidia’s and thus Ovum’s parent, appears it is designed to function as Soros’s private CIA: https://www.informa.com/about-us/what-we-do/

Fortunately the link you provided details out the relevant portions of the now missing Shah bio... and the overlapping Soros links.

What it suggests is that Scytl is really a Soros CLIENT company... not just buying “software” but something more like “software as services” from Soros...

So, Scytl looks like a Soros front organization... providing a pass through for Soros’s CIA operations... with direct links, common interests and some deliberately ill-defined business between them.

So... why did they leave it twisting in the wind of bankruptcy going into the election ?

Poke at Russel Ramsland and you’ll soon find he’s a former Republican candidate who lost a primary to Pete Sessions.

Declassify Hammer and scorecard. There is NO legitimate reason for the CIA to possess software change votes and to throw elections in ANY country. Time we acted like a respectable nation. Trump exposing this to the world would blow minds everywhere.
THEY are the ones who keep yammering about a “truth commission”.

The CIA has dragged America’s name through the mud everywhere on earth.

I guess the right way to re-ask the question is...

Which Soros owned company might own and operate the Scytl servers in Frankfurt ?

Or, if you look at the history of patterns in acquisitions, which formerly Soros owned company...

Do note that link appears that it gets one IMPORTANT thing wrong.

It says the servers are in Barcelona. Scytl, the company, is located in Barcelona... but it seems that Scytl’s servers are in FRANKFURT...

But, it does appear that the word is getting out...

I agree with yours: “Don’t confuse his video with Hammer and Scorecard, which appears to be a deep-state tool for hacking into the kind of election system that he describes.”

That’s the reason for my titling the post as I did.

“Hammer and Scorecard”... means “let’s blame the Democrats inside the CIA”...

But, the Scytl information suggests... “this was done by Soros related operatives working out of Europe.”

Or, perhaps those will both turn out to be the same thing, and here they’re just using alternative attack vectors...

But, otherwise... seems like great potential exists to engage in a bit of misdirection in order to misplace the blame ?

If the CIA gave “access” to Hammer and Scorecard to “Democrat operatives”... is there anyone who’d believe that Soros didn’t have them integrated, re-branded and up for sale as a “service” within a day ?

https://www.scytl.com/en/scytl-election-products-win-2020-international-business-stevie-awards/

Makes me wonder if coordinating BLM riots might be considered an important part of “voter education” ?

The coordination was so obvious... you could see it happening on the youtube vids... with cell phones clearly used in directing things.

Why didn’t they easily figure out who was coordinating it ?

Maybe... a bit of encryption... and traffic routed through foreign servers ?

Guess all you’d have to do to figure out who was behind it... is see which “end-to-end” full service elections focused companies were making quite a lot of money even when there were no elections ? Or was it done on a “pass through” while logging no revenue... driving the company behind it and paying the bills right into bankruptcy ?

Same thing as here, with DHS responsible for securing the infrastructure ? They proved TOTALLY INCOMPETENT... even ignoring people SHOWING them how the systems were cooked ? Just refuse to talk to them, and you don’t have to work ?

Either they knew already and were in on setting up the sting we’re perhaps seeing unfold... or... we have another issue with Deep State operatives like we have at the FBI simply not doing their job... while also being in on it... only in on working at helping the fraud to succeed ? Or, both, with the D.C. two-step issue in being incompetent and failing in order to demand and get a larger budget... to fund even bigger future failures... requiring even more money... mostly to pay to “government contractors” to structure even more complex schemes to funnel money to themselves ?

Not cynical enough... is probably right... ?

This thread www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3903096/posts
ties the Dominion issues to ownership by the Clintons. What
I’m poking at here seems it ties Scytl to Soros.

That covers the two largest private companies doing election related equipment and software in the U.S. ?

A next logical question would be... how random are the patterns in the locations where those two companies are “giving us the business” ?

Texas tested Dominion systems and didn’t think too much of it

https://www.sos.texas.gov/elections/laws/dominion.shtml

https://www.sos.texas.gov/elections/laws/oct2019-dominion.shtml

One complaint was that it could be connected to a network and/or internet.

They’ve been making machines to read bubble cards for decades. I’m 53 and remember filling in bubbles in school at the end of every year. Now it seems like a difficult thing to make one that’s safe and reliable.

It also blew up on 4chan for a bit...

https://boards.4chan.org/pol/thread/289098202

Most of that is useless low information crap, but a few interesting tidbits did pop out.

One notes that “if true” it means someone in the Army wrapping up access to the servers for the Deep State... ensuring they’re never seen again, which is a possibility, of course.

Another I saw walks through how to check the Scytl servers to get them to show you their location... and doing it shows them in Frankfurt. The fact they’re there says “the Army doesn’t have them”... which they all still just missed.

Reality, of course? More than likely the NSA already had it... and, if not, more likely the NSA would swoop in digitally and take it leaving no trace... than that the Army would physically invade a giant server farm in Frankfurt. But, “having it” and knowing what you have and where it is are different things... so making the linkages obvious should mean the NSA can easily find what they’re looking for now... if they need to, want to, or are willing to find it ?

The fact these Scytl guys have the contract to provide services for enabling military overseas to vote... says the military vote is probably being suppressed by these frauds directly, not by grabbing ballots mailed from overseas at the post office they way it was done in 2000. A survey of military who voted using the digital systems, and a check with counties to see if their votes got logged... should prove it if that problem exists.

This one seems it is from the list of investors Scytl has on their website now, in German: https://is2.4chan.org/pol/1604886557181.png

Need to compare it to the list in my top post to see who it might be that abandoned them, and what their affiliations are. The link notes that Vulcan is Amazon, and that Industry Ventures is Facebook and Twitter. But it also notes that the German government is an investor as CMF (German Corona Matching Fund) by KFW Kapital ?

The other interesting bit I saw there doesn’t relate to the thread all, just a copy of a tweet from Wayne Allyn Root talking about Democrats issuing an emergency request for lawyers, sent at around midnight on the 7th: $1400 per hour for 100 hours per week... Only $140 for a weeks work ?
