I went on the Supreme Court website and checked the docket, they did receive the responses. Two of them. I believe Secretary of State was one but can't recall the other. They basically blew off Alito. At least that was my take.

It was kind of a pain to find the docket info or I would provide it here. Tired...a long week!

I'm not sure but Alito has already stated he will refer to the full court.

Time is of the essence so we will hear something very soon. As we know the case has been in front of them for a few weeks already.

Hopefully our newest Justice has brought herself up to speed with this case by now.

One of the suppressed stories of this election is that the election in Pennsylvania was going to go the USSC. I really think Pennsylvania will flip to Trump under the eventually USSC ruling, either during a recount or by having the 3AM Wednesday morning vote thrown out. If Pennsylvania's elections ignore a proper full USSC ruling, then its time to send in armed U.S. Marshalls.

They’ve got 3 in the bag. They've got 5 against them. Roberts will go with the majority so he can decide who writes the opinion, which will probably be him. If it's no good, then the 5 will write an opinion concurring in the judgement but laying out the legal opinion as they view it. And that will be the actual majority opinion.

It will be an interesting dynamic.
