You remember correctly.
Jonathan Gruber, usually called the architect of obamacare, and he did use the word stupidity. I must have seen that video 30 times. Or more.
He also stated in a speech somewhere that they had to write obamacare using “tortured language’ so the congressional budget office would not realize it was actually a tax, and they would kill it before it got started.
And another side note, we dodged a bullet there, when Trump issued an executive order stating that all government agencies should not collect any taxes or fines related to obamacare. From 2017 to 2023, (conveniently after obama left office), obamacsare was scheduled to impose no less than 20 new taxes or increases in existing ones. (I think the actual number was 21 or 23) Thanks to President Trump, none of that will happen now. (capitalization of only Trump’s name done intentionally and for a reason.)
I am curious if the Libertarian’s votes were stolen in other states. One would think that the Libertarian Party would be upset.
I think this was a multi-mode attack, including reserves of pre-filled mail in ballots as well as a good possibility of malicious software changing votes. The stoppage on election night was due to the realization that Trump was, once again, overperforming their estimates and they needed to boost their numbers. They may have been sloppy in this effort and a careful audit of voter rolls vs votes cast with confirmation with the voter whether they actually mailed in a ballot or not, may help.
On the software front, I would expect a sequence something like this:
Immediately before the election, upload a software patch that either installs or activates the malicious software.
Immediately after the count is finished, upload another patch that inactivates or removes that software, so no trace is left.
That means right now is a critical time. Either they have deleted the malicious software or they haven’t done it yet. If they haven’t done this yet, it can be uncovered and proven that the software was manipulated. But, even if they have, I think that’s still good news; let me explain:
To test, put together say 10,000 quality control ballots, half marked for Biden and half for Trump. Run them through the process and check the count. If I were writing this code, I wouldn’t have it active all the time, I would have it activate every, say, 100K ballots and do the manipulation there. So run the 10K QC ballots through sequentially, ten times, to generate a 100K count and check it. If it comes out at 550K Biden and 450K Trump, then you’re on to something that can be pursued further and likely demonstrates fraud. However, if the count comes out correct, that could mean they’ve already removed the malicious software; that’s even better news.
In this case, request a 100% re-count of all the ballots using machines that have been demonstrated to be clean. The recount will correct the fraud that occurred during the original count, and Trump will come out ahead.
Of course, the Leftists will cry foul, but this at least gives the State Legislators ample cover to appoint electors, since two counts of the ballots resulted in two wildly different results.
I voted early in DeKalb County, GA. After my ballot was printed, I checked it then went to the scanning machines, there were two of them. They asked me for the first letter that was printed at the bottom of the ballot and sent me to the scanner on the left, even though the scanner on the right was not being used. They did the same to the person in front of me.
My question: why would it matter which scanner a person uses?

As an IT professional myself, I guarentee you the malicious software has been LONG deleted.
Auditing the machine will not prove anything.
The only way we will completely prove this one, is if someone (verifiable) involved in the manufacture of this update can A) testify and especially B) produce the update and the source code on a thumb drive. That’s a heavy lift, but who knows.
There is ONE WAY to prove a problem: HAND COUNTS OF THE GENERATED PAPER BALLOTS with a Dem and a Rep observer. NO BREAKS, JUST WORK UNTIL IT IS DONE.

The “stop count” was a head fake to throw the R’s off guard.
Even Trump fell for it.

I agree a hand count is the absolute best remedy.
Is there an existing statutory process in any of these states to request such a count?
Votes have been counted that way for centuries, there is no reason it can’t be done here to ensure the sanctity of the election process.

Thank you so very much.. it’s amazing just how blatant the Democrat’s Election Theft operation was. We all knew it was afoot (the D politicians especially in PA and MI signaled it pretty clearly) but I thought they’d try to keep it as hidden as possible. I was wrong
