I think its all part of the same corporation. I could be wrong.

I thought the FNC was not part of that deal, but they might have lied, or there was some other agreement we weren’t informed about.
Fox News was not part of the deal, and are not part of Disney.
Murdoch’s children flipped it. They didn’t like being on the outside of their friends.
I’m not defending Fox, but this is all speculation and conjecture, at best. No proof of anything.
We need to tone down the conspiracy theories and limit ourselves to posting facts. We don’t want to give some search engine reason to label FR such that they start excluding it.
Watch “Succession”. Its a thinly veiled series on the Murdoch family; these people believe in nothing, only self-advancement.
