I’m not defending Fox, but this is all speculation and conjecture, at best. No proof of anything.
We need to tone down the conspiracy theories and limit ourselves to posting facts. We don’t want to give some search engine reason to label FR such that they start excluding it.

Fox kept Judge Pirro off the air yesterday due to her insistence in backing The Donald.
Murdoch gave control of Fox over to his boys.
The boys wives want to be able to go to the “it” parties and if they continue backing The Donald then they are ostracized.

If we were to assume the vote counts are real/accurate, I still see absolute fraud in how a four-year hate & misinformation campaign against Trump has led to this moment.
Local newspapers (and their websites) are begging for subscriptions from normals; they are going under because people understand our “news” is about as meaningful as the other bread-and-circuses sectors (sports, for example). They are entertainment, not factual news - and can follow the NFL into insolvency.
...but then Judge Jeanie is suspended? That’s not conspiracy, that’s real.
