I've been doing a lot of thinking about voter fraud, as I am sure many of us have. It seems to me that a basic problem is that we have laws but people feel free to ignore them at will, particularly when the fraud benefits the party in power in that state.
So rather than add new election laws that will just be ignored, it seems like setting up a reward system for people who bring evidence of election fraud forward. The reward would have to be substantial enough and the evidence would have to be important enough. I was thinking of $50 for every piece of hard voter fraud evidence such as recordings, snapshots, ballots, etc. The reward would go to $100000 for every successful voter fraud prosecution. The reward would go to $1000000 if the evidence led to the reversal of a fraudulent election result
I am thinking that individuals that have no problem cheating on elections would have no problem turning in colleagues that are cheating on elections. Although they wouldn't be anonymous since they would need to get paid, their anonymity should be protected to encourage participation. I believe such individuals would also be protected under whistle blower laws The beauty of this is that it doesn't require any new federal laws. It could be done with a campaign's left over money or even an outside PAC although something at the federal level would probably be better. If this is set up before an election, it could serve as a deterrent.

I think we’re heading in this direction. First they needed to steal the election and then take our guns. They’re going to need a better plan.
For after the election, yes, prosecute and punish the fraudsters.
In addition, those that apparently gain public office under fraud conditions, should not benefit, and be minimally prevented or removed if after the fact, from the office that they stole.
Why shouldn’t they feel free to ignore whatever laws they want? It’s not like anyone will be held accountable. So what if a few officials are fined; the Nazi collaborator Soros will gladly pay them. He will have destroyed our electoral system negating any need for future elections.
The crooked results will be allowed to stand because the courts (even the SCOTUS) will allow the results to stand. Think Gregiore and Francken; as well as a myriad of Democrats dating back to Andrew Jackson.

Their greatest fear would likely be of the union thugs coming after them.
It's a good idea.. And treat'um as hero's, with lots of fanfare, make a big deal out of it..
Instead of nipping it in the bud, the 'losing' side cried foul, a lot of huff and puff until the next election when it stepped up a notch, a lot of blustering about (the losing side) fixing everything etc etc etc while, in effect, they were just fine tuning the art of deception.
Even this year, as sophisticated as we may think we are, mail in ballots were sent to wrong addresses, long time dead people etc.
What with computers etc one would think voting rolls could/would be purged on a regular basis.
Penalties have to be 'high' and prosecution swift with a lot of 'snitch' money going to people 'assisting' in putting a stop to this, right down to the local level.
I also believe the lack of prosecuting or at least charging/humiliating those that were involved in the 'coup' helped worsen the situation.
Allowing them to walk free while the 'enemy' gives them plenty of air time made the average citizen think they could/can get away with most anything.
More of a stink in this country on a baseball team stealing signs than people openly stealing an election.
And Trump’s lawyers are getting that done. The next step, IMHO, should be to make (not allow, MAKE) the FBI determine the extent to which the number of ballots exceeds the number of unique individuals who handled the ballots.
A real mail-in voter wouldn’t wear gloves to handle the ballot, and I doubt the phony voters did either. Some allowance can be made for people handling the ballot on its way to the voter - but unique fingerprints of a real unique voter should appear on any legit ballot. This would NOT be the case in a box of mass-produced ballots.
Do I get the reward?
I was thinking finger printing the ballots with no down ballot votes would be interesting. I would love to see people go to prison over this
A death sentence as the minimum for those who commit voter fraud.
