This is irrelevant. All the time, law enforcement works with private corporations in sting operations. If DHS wanted to get watermarks placed on any of these ballots they very easily could have done it.
I spent 11+ minutes watching a useless video that told me nothing. What a waste. Please, if it’s infowars, please don’t try to disguise it. A lot of us are trying to get real information. We don’t need this nonsense.
Aside from all this conspiracy crap on this.
Trump warned about this way back when they started howling about this mail in crap.
He was right.
You know, at the Minden NV rally I went to, Trump specifically asked the crowd to act as poll watchers.
I’m ashamed now that I didn’t step up (however, I was visiting from CA to NV).
We kind of let him down by not volunteering in the polling places. We let him down. He specifically DID ask for this one favor.
We are kind of a lazy nation. Fat and successful. The Dems want it more, somehow, and so volunteer for this stuff.

It seems to me that the point of the DHS “watermarked ballots” story is to encourage Trump supporters to sit back and not worry about the 2020 election because DHS will ride to the rescue.
And “trust DHS” is about as smart an idea as “trust Sessions” or “trust Rosenstein.”.
Looks like Alex Jones crap. If this was true Trump would have revealed it at the press conference and said “gotcha”. He didn’t. All we got was a rambling speech that the MSM has easily been able to bat aside as groundless conspiracy theories.
Trump had the House and the Senate in his first two years in office. He could have worked then to pass federal legislation securing the integrity of the elections but he did not. He squandered a lot of time that could have been used unravelling the Democratic party’s ability to get away with fraud but he did not.
Biden is going to be president (at least until he is removed for being senile and replaced with Kamala Sutra) and then the deep state will make sure a maverick who threatens their power base like Trump will never be elected ever again. It seems they always win in the end, and their setbacks are only ever temporary in the relentless quest to impose their brave new world on everyone.
So did Trump create this agency back in 2018, as a safeguard for the 2020 election? Hope this is all true, I want to say Karma. Anyone hear anything about this either way?

I think that means the idea of watermarked ballots stays on the back burner.
Other public entities state that the hammer and scorecard was used by more than one state.

I don’t care a lot for Jones, ut he did bring up something interesting. One was the art of war, and the book on negotiation that Trump wrote. It made me remember something Trump said. You have to be willing to get up and walk away from the table.
That sentiment took on a whole new perspective for me.

Lost in all this is that CA, WA and OR were called for Biden just minutes after the polls closed. I have worked as an election judge during presidential elections and I know that it takes at least 45 minutes for the precinct to get their ballots into the headquarters after the polls close to prepare for the final counts.
