That turned out to be fakenews and it wasn’t about this. It was about letting gop people watch the counting. GOP got a court order but Philly counters still won’t let them in and the sheriff won’t enforce
I think the story about the PA SCOTUS overruling that quick was incorrect. Merely they are reviewing. Hve no time to double check that though.
Since the order was issued, I’ve seen several campaign members complaining that election officials are not allowing them in to observe or are not allowing them to get close enough to where the counting is happening to observe.
One even complained that police are not assisting with enforcement.
If that’s true, then Trump campaign members who want to observe need to just do it. If they are physically removed, get it on camera.
Without enforcement from the hapless and corrupt DOJ, there is no enforcement.
They will count everything in open defiance.
Because they KNOW none of those votes will be overturned.

Looks like the Trump campaign, by following the prescribed legal route, will be overcome by the election officials rushing through an illegal count.
From what I understand, PA is breaking constitutional law by allowing its state court court to over rule established state law, and letting late votes coming in after Tuesday to count. So this will go to the supreme court, and they will follow probably follow the law, and disqualify the late votes.
Apparently we had Judges making up new laws in PA.
I have been taking screen shots . Since yesterday at 4:30pm Biden added 80,000 votes in Philly. That is when Trump was up ober 600,000 votes....so the votes have to be also comong from elsewhere, and there aren’t any huge blue areas besides Allegheny and Montgomery. Looks like he added another 80,000 there overnight too. It doesn’t make sense. Trump continues to overperform in Philly and Biden has underperformed so far.
PA Supremes are extreme activists. It will have to go up to the SCOTUS.

Accodring to 5pm news PA and possibly a few other states plan to announce the winner tonight (possibly within an hour or so).
They added that Biden is only one more state away from declaring a victory against Donald Trump.

I don’t want to have to hope courts demand recounts because they are so reluctant to get involved in elections...for better or worse.
