Accodring to 5pm news PA and possibly a few other states plan to announce the winner tonight (possibly within an hour or so).
They added that Biden is only one more state away from declaring a victory against Donald Trump.
:Announcements” do not conclusively end anything, “Certification of the Results by the SoS” does.
If the PA SoS certifies the numbers as they stand, the SoS will be committing perjury by declaring the results as being in conformance with state law. Certification deadline is Nov 12, I believe.
