They won’t have the guts. They never do. It’ll be more Scottish law mumbo jumbo.

Sorry, no one is going to go against a vote count unless there is evidence of fraud.

Someone needs to present that evidence.

Another earlier thread had the same content.
A few pearl clutching freepers did not like the idea.
They seemed ok with the RATs stealing the election
thru massive voter fraud, though.

That’s probably going to have to happen.

Thanks for reading the rule book, Mr. Levin.

Its happened before too.
Don't see why it can't happen again.
Republicans need to play hardball, no prisoners taken , fight to win at all costs strategies. Just like the Dems are doing.

I looked into this a couple weeks ago and felt pretty good that GOP state legislatures control in MI, WI, and PA. But do they have the guts to stop the steal?

What if our lawsuits demanding recounts and investigation prevents certification before electors meet on Dec. 14. Could that be a strategy? Then, the legislatures could award electors so the state would not be left out. Or, perhaps it actually does go to the new House. Does anyone know if we maintained control of a majority of state delegations?

It is for certain the dems would do it, if the situation was reversed.

Each state shall appoint, in such manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors, equal to the whole number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or person holding an office of trust or profit under the United States, shall be appointed an elector.

F must stand for Full of it.

In Michigan, there has to be a bill passed by the legislature and signed by the governor in order to override the state election results and install a new slate of electors.

You think Nit-Whitmer is going to sign any bill that takes away Biden's stolen victory in Michigan?

I hear him.

But it seems like any legislature prepared to take that action would have declared, (when times were extended, or signature matches were eliminated, or other requirements were ordered ignored) that “only the legislature is empowered to make such changes . . . our rules stand . . . any judicial order is null and void as the US Constitution gives THIS legislature plenary authority.”

Because they haven’t asserted their authority, it seems like they will shirk their responsibility.
