Hmm, so the watermark thing is bogus?
What I would like clafification about is what Q was asking - who/what is in charge of supplying ballot paper? Printing them? It seems that the identifying doodads on printers that the USSS can ID is still in play.
This is why I’ve cautioned people to be patiend and see what the final reveal is - assuming + presuming one is forthcoming. Remember everything about the ballots ahead of time was known ... what I’ve rather sought to learn is where these ballots were stored (hint from “Q” post) and whether they were monitored and what might have been done to those there & then ... think U/V spray like that used to trace currency in kidnapping scenarios or something even more elaborate than that ... TBD + WWG1WGA :)
yes ... depending on who/where/what/how etc. Lots of possibilities here. The question to ask oneself is whether, given all that was known + advised by “Q” ahead of time - not whether something (many things really) could be done but whether they were done and what those specific actions were.
So, the DHS was not charged with ballot “protection”, and Trump’s Executive Order had no meat on the bones, and the confidence Q exudes that the election is “safe” is next to false advertising?
I can’t buy that dog. It doesn’t even want to hunt.
Or,
Are the white hats just trying to put a fact back in the box, to walk back this simple watermark story as a leak that was made too early and way too broadly disseminated?
The whole ballot mark story makes perfect sense to me if the EO implied any teeth to it at all.
No, the watermark thing has been a feature on printers since sometime in the 90s. I remember the big fuss when it was revealed.

No it’s not bogus. And there is a new agency not often mentioned that is in charge of election integrity. The link takes you to a chart that shows watermarks as being part of the election security. Plus if you wander around that site(cisa.gov), there’s all sorts of answers to questions:
I hope the watermark theory is true. We’ll have to wait and see. Why wasn’t Dr. truthful about his resume?
