So, the DHS was not charged with ballot “protection”, and Trump’s Executive Order had no meat on the bones, and the confidence Q exudes that the election is “safe” is next to false advertising?
I can’t buy that dog. It doesn’t even want to hunt.

Are the white hats just trying to put a fact back in the box, to walk back this simple watermark story as a leak that was made too early and way too broadly disseminated?
The whole ballot mark story makes perfect sense to me if the EO implied any teeth to it at all.
