Hmm, so the watermark thing is bogus?

What I would like clafification about is what Q was asking - who/what is in charge of supplying ballot paper? Printing them? It seems that the identifying doodads on printers that the USSS can ID is still in play.

No it’s not bogus. And there is a new agency not often mentioned that is in charge of election integrity. The link takes you to a chart that shows watermarks as being part of the election security. Plus if you wander around that site(cisa.gov), there’s all sorts of answers to questions:

Thanks - I saw the CISA site but didn’t linger long enough to see the watermark info, will do so right now. So much info and some dubious, and being a dullish tool, I need to really focus carefully or I miss important bits.
