NOTE: Last night BARIS could not understand why the #FakeNews wouldn’t call GA + NC + PA + MI + WI because the number of available ballots being reported by the states were less than the number needed by JoePedo to win, respectively. They wouldn’t do it! Then FAUX NEWS called AZ after the RATs dumped 200K into the mix when they couldn’t justify doing so except to use their #FakePolls and say they thought that might be how it turned out. Then the RATs add in their hundreds of thousands of votes in the other states and nobody questions.

I was previously a developer of election technology; I’m not sure if that system is one I helped create but what I can tell you is, in that case, the USBs contain the encrypted keys used to secure the data.
APACHE was a term in “Q” posts that we never reconciled to any satisfactory degree for me at least.
