Cannabis Stocks Down, Positive Indicator for Trump
Yahoo Finance ^ | 11-3-20

Cannabis stocks are a good indicator for what the stock market is thinking about the election. After the VP debate when Harris pitched decriminalizing cannabis at the federal level, these stocks soared. Today they are largely down despite a big up day for the market. I am pro medical pot. I use a topical cream for arthritis issues. My regular doc say if it helps go for it. I have plenty of GOP friends who also go with this... just saying

Watching the stock market for indications is based on the idea of the wisdom of the crowd. Tens of thousands of people, as well as computer algorithms are making individual decisions based on interpreting thousands of data points that any one person would not be able to find. Will be interesting to see if ‘the market’ is sniffing this out correctly. If Biden is winning, those stocks should reverse sharply positively because of how favorable his administration would be the pot industry.

I'm with you. We started with Charlotte's Web for my son's epilepsy, and now use epidialect (spelling?)
And I am using for pain management. Sure beats the risk of opioid addiction

I see nothing in the Constitution about what I can, or cannot, put in my body. Of course we’re responsible for anything we *do* drunk or stoned, but if there is any single issue that has ‘State’s Rights’ written all over it, it’s cannabis.

I remember around the time Colorado legalized MJ and John Elway became a part owner in Papa John's Pizza

He knew a potential goldmine

New Jersey has medical marijuana approved but they make it impossible to actually get, just like they do with guns. My dad was dying of cancer and wasting away and he wanted marijuana to try to get some appetite, no go.

Today I voted for decriminalizing it, screw these control freaks that would deny the sick and dying something that might help. I voted to defang them, basically.

Arthritis is in the joints. Smoking might ease the pain but a topical ain’t doing squat.

LOL! ACB trending down all year. No spike in October.
