Today marks the moment the president's Minutemen base has been waiting for.
The middle-class insurgency has become operational. I don't know how else to say it. There's a quiet seriousness among Trump voters as they prepare to vote in person. Each day, they raise their American flags, wave to their neighbors, and go about their business; but behind the smiles, Republicans are as focused as they've ever been. There's a look that you, no doubt, have seen on the faces of fellow Americans, a barely noticeable nod of the head that communicates a simple message: "Git-R-Done."
Two hundred and fifty years ago, the "Deplorables" were "Minutemen," ready to drop everything in a given moment and run toward danger. Today's "Minutemen" are wearing MAGA hats and flying Trump flags, patiently biding their time until they're called. Waiting to re-elect the president in 2020 has been like patiently heeding the Bunker Hill order to hold position until seeing "the whites of their eyes," and now that the election is here, the "Deplorables" are raring to go.

My area is pretty conservative, and there was a poll watcher, presumably a dem as she had a blue jacket and half of her gray hair was dyed blue. She must have been about 70 and looked ridiculous.
No conservative should be sitting this one out. If ever there an election was for all the marbles, this is it.
Wish I could vote today but my Trump vote has been mailed in and received.

just voted here in Westerville Ohio in Blue Franklin County. Waited about 45mins and got there before poll opened. Amazingly all the machines were down...(how does that even happen?)...so we had to fill out paper ballots and put them through a scanner as we were leaving.
Driving past other precincts...long lines. I think a good sign.

The paper ballots are the only way I ever vote. In VA, we have a choice between screen voting and paper. I like the accountability of the paper option. Our county here is very conservative.. one of the most red counties in the state.

I’ve been voting in presidential elections since Goldwater Johnson in ‘64. I just got back from voting and have never seen so many voters lined up before the polls even opened. The enthusiasm is through the roof and this is LI, NY. We may be sitting on a Trump landslide. Hard to believe so many coming out to vote for Biden. MAGA, get out and vote!
I’m going to vote just now, 8am New York. I assume the poll station is open, if not I’ll wait. I prefer to vote the old fashioned way: Getting off my ass and going to a polling station.
