Its just the flu, bro.
So we have womens suffrage. As a result, we have a higher percentage of voters who value security over liberty. Many women are thankful that their children have been protected from the Coronavirus as a result of lockdowns. But my hope is that these same women will be shifting their fears away from Coronavirus and toward how the lockdowns might be holding back their childrens development. Lockdown fatigue is real and I am seeing cracks in the armor of these pro lockdown women. Their children have been isolated for 6 months and they are starting to panic. They are now permitting their children to do things, such as play with friends, that they never would have allowed a few months ago. The bottom line - the percentage of worry wart moms who will vote for Trump is going up in this week before the election.
COVID death rate now under 2%.
Or, double-count "positives". Or, count each test done on a person as a separate "case". Or, count those who left long lines and weren't even tested at all as "positives'. Or (and this is my personal favorite), just pull the numbers out of the air.
After the “Fire Fauci” chants last night in Miami I began to realize that the election is as much about Flu vs. Fear as it as about Trump vs. Biden.
There is a risk-reward spectrum in investing, and, indeed, in every aspect of life.
Biden represents the ultimate Fearper/Safety candidate with those silly circles. No risk. No return. No freedom.
Trump represents the ultimate Flubro/Life-has-risk-so-start living candidate...with mega MAGA crowds, no “distancing”, few masks.
I know not what choice others may make but for me, I will stand with Patrick Henry: “Give me liberty or give me death!”
“I agreed with his conclusions, except keeping people over 70 indoors in their houses and delivering them food should be their choice, and not forced.”
My read of his conclusion was the self-isolation was recommended, not required...find your level of risk comfort and live accordingly.
That’s the sensible way. IIRC, Trump had at one point suggested something where people who felt they were especially at risk (and cared, LOL!) could self-isolate and receive food deliveries, etc. that would mean they would never have to leave their homes.
That said, the virus gets in there one way or another, and the most “isolated” populations have had some of the worst results. However, letting terrified people choose this route - self-isolation with government support - would have been the best solution.
LIVE FREE OR COMPLY. 😷🇺🇸
Just piling on, much of the brain dead left for some odd reason thinks gummit will protect them instead of freedom - when in fact gummit left to their accords will kill you as a prisoner under their thumb.
Perhaps some will get this come Wednesday when the libtards begin to realize they have been given some liberty from the rest of us.
Bryce Mitchell...SA-LUTE! Good to see that there is still a MAN or two running loose in this country!
Women’s suffrage...WORST mistake in American history; along with the establishment of the Federal Reserve!
