I have begun the process of removing my family from businesses, organizations and sports teams who have adopted Covid policies stricter than those required by law. We have happily found alternatives, one of them run by a veteran who doesn’t care about mask rules.

I am sick of the “stay safe” crowd. I don’t tell anyone to “stay safe”. Seems better if people said “risk it” instead of “stay safe”.

Any of you that live close to a State under semi-draconian or draconian orders, I invite you to visit your neighbor state and move about freely without a mask or distancing.
You see, the orders are only “binding” on the residents of that State that are currently in that State.
Since you are not a resident and simply a tourist, those orders do not apply to you.
If you are prevented from shopping anywhere, or visiting a public event anywhere, THAT my friends is “restraint of interstate trade” and actionable under Federal Law.

Lastly, tying things together in my head.
Large corporate stores were unaffected by State orders,
they continued on.
But smaller, independently owned businesses, offering the same service as the “big boys” were shuttered, many permanently.
Has the State, through its “orders” worked in conjunction (colluded) with larger business to create a “captive” customer base and subsequently established a monopoly on behalf of the larger interstate businesses?

Been shopping regularly “naked” in 3 states so far.
[I’m in a place where driving a mile gets me to two other states]
So far, so good.
