Newt Gingrich said the left is going to be shocked by a Trump victory and said an electoral map showing the incumbent president with 326 electoral votes seems right to him in an interview Wednesday night with FNC's Sean Hannity.
"He has a better likelihood than he did at this stage in 2016 when he was clearly behind and closing rapidly," Gingrich said. "The people I trust the most, the pollsters that have been the most accurate over the last 5 or 6 years who seem to understand the dynamics of the age of Trump."
"I saw today the first electoral college map that made sense to me and it showed Trump at 326 electoral votes plus," Gingrich said. "I think that is probably about right. I think the left is going to be terribly shocked."

Well.. I don’t share that notion. You don’t control the Senate agenda as the minority, and if those three you want defeated in fact lose, that’s exactly where the GOP will be.

true on both accounts, and NOT strange at all that there were more people who WANTED to vote for hillary than biden:
1. that’s an EXTREMELY low bar
2. hillary was a MUCH more effective liar than biden

But there were also more people who wanted to vote against Hillary.
We can blame McConnell if Dems win the Senate. He blocked Trump from doing a big infrastructure bill and from doing a big pre-election stimulus with checks to unemployed voters.
McConnell’s GOP Senate kept Trump off balance for 3 years with Russiagate investigations and threats that he’d better not fire Mueller or he’d be sorry. (ie they’d go along with impeachment if Mueller got fired). Mitch is deep in the well with the deep state

I’m right across the Potomac from you. Yesterday I went to drop off my absentee ballot at a voting place in a deep blue area of the county. It was dang near EMPTY!
I would not be completely surprised if Trump took New York, but Illinois — never.
The big difference between 2020 and 2016 is the greater potential for fraud. On the other hand, frustration over the Coronas and Chaos might outdo the fraud.
So, we went to another location about 5 miles away a couple hours later. Much smaller line, and it was only a 25 minute wait to vote.
About one third of the people in line were holding GOP sample ballots. Only a couple had the Democrat ballot. So, maybe things aren’t as bad as they sometimes seem.
Only 55% of eligible voters bother to cast a vote - and the other 45% aren't all Leftists. So yeah, you've got to vote (unless you're a Harris-Biden fan).
