I have been (for reasons not completely understood to me) regularly reading an absolute jackass Never Trumper columnist - Allahpundit over at Hot Air. He claims to be a conservative- but always appears to be rooting for the opposition. He despises Trump & routinely posts polls, surveys, articles & anecdotes about how Trump is losing disastrously this election. I've let this idiot crawl into my head. I had this same sort of feeling 4 years ago & posted a similar thread. What do you truly feel is likely to be the outcome of this election? Not your hopes or fantasies- just reality! I definitely need a pep talk 🤣

I don’t think it will be a landslide, but I think Trump will win pretty clearly on election night.

Other than that, I’m praying a lot.

It would have been a landslide if Covid hadn’t happened. Generally, Americans don’t blame the president for acts of God (i.e., H1N1 was not blamed on O’Biden) but the Dems are sure trying to do that and have done some damage.

I am nervous, but I also believe the Rat Fake News Universe is doing everything they can to suppress/discourage Trump supporters from voting.

The Rat special interest “dark” money is throwing hundreds of millions of dollars in sleazy dishonest eattack ads on Trump. They’re also running endless nauseating false information ads propping up LYING, CORRUPT AND SENILE JOE BIDEN.

Let’s remember: Kankles spent $1.5 billion on her campaign, and Trump spent half of that—and he kicked her fat cottage chees @ss in an electoral landslide. EVERYONE in the Fake News Universe said Kankles was going to win by double digits—and look what happened.

I am nervous. So we all need to PRAY WITHOUT CEASING. This is truly a battle of good versus evil!

I’ve voted for President Trump already, as has my wife. We voted by mail a couple of weeks ago. It’s in God’s hands now. I hope he wins but if he doesn’t, life goes on. My personal happiness is not governed by who sits in the Oval Office. I enjoyed great professional success and personal happiness while Obama was president. He had nothing to do with it.

In my heart, I do not believe the president will be re-elected but if it is any consolation, I’m often wrong about things. I hope to be wrong about this.

That won’t happen. Don’t underestimate the silent majority, and those that would rise up when a ‘real’ crisis hits.
USA is very strong, and more and more people are waking up to the DC corruption.
Pull away from the negativity, it does no good to read ‘bad news’ too much - meaning every day/few days. Take a break from the news now until election day. You’ll be happier, I promise. I know this, because I do it.

I think the Left has no choice but to fake the polls. If the Dems knew how bad Biden is going to get beat, many of them wouldn’t vote, which would hurt the down-ballot and throw everything to us. I think they are in salvage mode.

But that is just my own personal, correct opinion.

Just being a worry wart I guess & trying not to get too complacent. The posts here have actually been really helpful in reminding me not to let liberals live in my head 😃

What do I think will happen?

I think there are a lot of Freepers losing sleep over something they cannot control. I predict there will be a million reasons why every poll will be dismissed? I think Trump car parades will continue.

I think it will snow on Friday, and I haven’t raked the leaves.

I predict I will eat a couple of cookies before going to bed, and then pretend to be surprised by a higher than normal blood sugar in the morning.
