You don’t see a problem with that?

How does a 747 take off if the wind isn’t blowing is one question I would have.

A ‘propeller’ is a device placed on an ‘axle’ driven by an engine, to propel, or pull, a vehicle, either of aero or nautical design.

A turbo- or fan-jet engine is comprised of fans, (internal fans of a sort), that propel an aircraft, and or ship.

For either of these, fuel is the one commodity that feeds both designs and allows them to perform greater duties, than a solar-powered or pedal-powered craft.

“To rid ourselves of the commodity of fuel, would place the nation to assume the attitude necessary to self-install the Congressional-supplied phallus, in the plain view of all those nations that hate us.”

“on the plane as a propeller..........”

Everyone knows propellers don’t really make the airplane fly. They’re just there to keep the pilot cool. You ought to see him sweat when they stop turning.

It would be the world’s first perpetual motion airplane. The windmill would make the electricity and propel the airplane all at the same time.

I was just thinking today that hydroelectric power is maybe the best energy source...take advantage of running water...no pollutants...no ugly windmills for miles and miles and miles along some of the most scenic areas in our country....

but the enviro wackos are against dams as well.
