I hate these videos which showcase the person putting it on, while the viewers is required to watch them yip yap for 15 minutes.
No one is writing about loss of value to property and reductions in property taxes. First hits the property owners, second hits the government. Great move Seattle, way to kill a city. Guess Seattle will suffer a generational stagnation and only start to rebuild in 20 years (if smart). If not Seattle will be called Detroit West!

It was a common practice in property stagnant neighborhoods or neighborhoods where the grandparents would retire to Florida and the kids would take ownership of the house with no realtors involved. Realtors would intentionally do things to devalue property which would prime the pump for owners to sell to get out. White homeowners were often the target.
The realtors didn't care that the values were lower than they could be; they were getting a commission on sale after sale that would NEVER have occurred without their criminal activity. As a realtor, this woman needs to be charged for the property devaluing and as a condition of her sentencing never be allowed to sell real estate again (or hold any state license for that matter).

Seattle housing market August, 2020:
Closed sales were 1,109, a year-over-year increase of 14.57%.
The median sales price increased by 10.61% to $766,000.
Months of inventory left = 1.53, which indicates that Seattle is a strong seller’s real estate market.
Either it will go down due to the issue or others will want to move for the Real Seattle Experience. Time will tell.
