It remains a mystery to me… Why are we allowing this to happen! I ask all of you to help me understand this… Here is the simple number…
The United States of America has approximately 330 million people.
As of this date, there have been approximately 230,000 deaths having to do with anything COVID-19 related.
The CDC says that only approximately 7% of these people who unfortunately died… Actually died "FROM" COVID-19. The remainder of the people who have died have died "WITH" COVID-19. Be that what it may… Let's just do the numbers.
Let's divide 230,000 by 330,000,000… Let's do it together.
Unless I have a calculator that does not work properly… The answer to that division problem is

And so my question is this… Why in the hell are we sitting by and allowing this con job to continue!
If you are bending the knee and wearing a mask and putting up with this nonsense explain to me why?

I walk into the church with my mask on correctly but as soon as I get to my seat I pull it below my nose and when I sing I pull it down to my chin.
I hear you and agree. But I doubt that the argument that most employees don’t care is solid.
As it turns out most medical doctors are no better at maths then the general public. In fact they seem worse
It astonishes me that masks themselves have not been turned into objects of protest.
We all have to put up with different levels of sh*t- fines, confrontations, etc. if we don’t wear a mask based on where we live. There are even people who would get fired if they ran into someone they work with at a store and it was reported they weren’t wearing a mask.
So wear a mask. But you have a choice in what kind of mask you wear. There are 5 types of masks as I see it:
1) Paper disposable masks. I get why people would want to change to a fresh mask often.
2) Plain, basic black or white fabric masks. I guess you can never go wrong with basic black.
With the above two, it is not clear if you are saying that you agree mask-wearing is important or if you are just going along to get along.
3) High tech masks— N95’s, etc. I guess if you want to be more comfortable, “safer,” etc. you would go with this, but you are saying that you take this virus seriously and are afraid of it. Maybe you don’t feel that way, maybe you have asthma, and you don’t faint if you wear this type of mask, but you are sending a message.
4) Designer Masks- Paisley print fabric, masks with the local school or colleges sports team mascots, etc. You’re saying you are so cool and in agreement with mask-wearing that you will spend money on a cutesy mask to make a fashion statement or use as a t-shirt on your face.
I put MAGA and “Jesus Loves Me” masks in the same category as just above to the extent that Trump has said he is fine with mask wearing and leftists have challenged Christians to show how Christian they are by wearing a mask to protect people. You are saying you agree with mask-wearing and thus what the public is being led to believe about the virus and the reaction to it (lockdowns, etc.).
5) Masks that say, “Impeach Whitmer,” “Covid 1984,” “Plandemic” or the like. You are saying you are not in agreement with the need for masks and think something else is going on with regard to the ‘rona.
Note: The paper masks can easily be made into #5 with a marker.
#6: “Fauci can KMA”. Would that be wrong?
You may be right, but in convenience stores and supermarkets around here, they don’t care enough to say anything about it.

Although, I think “Fasci is a fraud” or something along those lines is better.
Have flyers in your purse ready to hand out to anyone who asks why he is a fraud.

Yes, I’ve tried to explain the real numbers to people and they simply will not listen. Their eyes simply gloss over. I think most people refuse to think for themselves.
I think you are overstating that quite a bit. I'm not brainwashed, hopefully neither are you, my wife is not brainwashed. The vast majority of my friends have not been brainwashed, and even some of the few liberals I know have not been brainwashed either. But too many Americans have been unduly conditioned to fear the virus, I will concede that to you.
