Am re-reading (from a 1970 high school required reading list) 1984 by George Orwell and it is AMAZING! There is so much in there that has only become obvious in the past 20 years, even though it was written in the late 1940's.
I highly recommend it for all ages. Would make a great Thanksgiving dinner conversation.
And, yes. There are parts that are eerily scary in their similarity to AOC and her sycophantic followers.

Just started: ‘The Man from Bejing’ - Henning Mankle
Listen or read anything by William Kent Krueger; he’s awesome.

"Reread" Herman Wouk's Winds of War and War and Remembrance via audio. Wouk's narrative and Kevin Pariseau's audio performance was an outstanding combination.
