A review of the Netflix film "My Octopus Teacher."
BEST Horror Movie Ever! -- My Octopus Teacher
Oh, just try it.
I love Ghostbusters. But it’s really more of a comedy.
Some great actors are in that movie.
Ackroyd, Murray, and the black guy. And then the little guy. And of course, Sigourney Weaver.
And Prole, I’m going to have to watch the other movies on your list.
Yeah that was scary.
The Exorcist?
The Amityville Horror?
All work and no play... ;)
The Youtube video was better than the movie.
Ive read about that one, but have never seen it. Isnt that the movie where, when it was shown in the theater, they wired up the seats to give moviegoers little electrical shocks at certain points in the film?
Okay. I’ll give it a shot but Friday The 13th pretty much cured me of watching horror movies.
#19. Come on everybody. POLTERGEIST instead of “Fright Night” though Amanda Berse was pretty hot for a second.
My wife loves “Silver Bullet”. I thought it was stupid.
Also, how about “American Werewolf in London” or “Wolfen”?
Alien was the only one to get me going as an adult.
I slept with the light on for a week after seeing Alien.
I was going to say House on Capitol Hill. Pelosi is much more scarier than Vince Price.
Clearly a satirical trailer/review poking fun at the pseudointellecual movie and movie reviewer industry.
Your list is not even close.
FROM WIKIPEDIA (emphasis mine):
The film captures A YEAR Foster spent with a wild common octopus... My Octopus Teacher, executive produced by Ellen Windemith, took TEN YEARS to make.
That’s just not right. — Galaxy Quest.
1975 JAWS (Yes, its a horror movie.)
1958 Horror of Dracula
1990 Exorcist III
1978 Halloween
1986 ALIENS (Sci-fi / horror hybrid)
Honorable mentions: Phantasm, The Wolf Man (1941), Psycho, Horror Hotel (City of the Dead), Frankenstein (1931), Curse/Night of the Demon, The Exorcist, ALIEN, The Sixth Sense, A Nightmare on Elm Street, The Woman in Black (1989 TV movie)
Actually it’s Love and Tentacles from the satwcomic.com website, although the author may have been inspired by Thermians...
