I heard an interesting, small-world anecdote on Colorado Public Radio yesterday: in conversation with host Ryan Warner, state Rep. Leslie Herod said that Kamala Harris had advised her on SB 217, the landmark police-reform law passed in June.
The mention of the California senator — and as of this week, Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden’s running mate — was curious enough, I felt, to warrant a call to Herod about it. Here’s what she told me:
“She called me. … I answered a call where I didn’t know the number, and it was her,” Herod said.
“She said she’d been seeing the news about the bill, that she’d heard about it. I’d also been in conversations with (Cory) Booker and (Michael) Bennet about the bill, and (Joe) Neguse, and she gave me that pep talk about what was important. It was really just about the need to act, and to act now.”

The story has been updated. The shooter was a private security guard for 9News not a “leftist protestor”.
Keith Olbermann called for violence against Trump support just a few days ago. He needs to be included as an accessory.

I guess the press covering the murder of a conservative committed by the press doesn’t forward their propaganda campaigns very well.
If you are ever in the area, remember, the denver kapos are not on your side. Most will obey orders to “stand down”.
Bad juju coming out about the shooter- he wasn’t licenced as a security guard- required in Colorado. No firearm qualification, required on Denver.
The silent din of spiritual warfare behind the scenes is deafening. The out in the open social warfare cacophony of the media and the left is literally driving formerly calm people of good hearts to contemplate drastic stand your ground measures. I guess they’ve wanted that all along. Lord have mercy for what some of us will be compelled to do in the near future.

Not surprising. Since when are licensed security guards trained to take head shots? They're not.
The media won’t cover a media killing, which is exactly what this is beginning to look like.

He tried taking away credentials of a journalist a few years ago. A judge forced trump to give it back. Presidents can’t do much at all. I’m really surprised how much they are handcuffed that I didn’t know before. It almost sucks being president.
Keep in mind it took months for Brianna Taylor’s death to be noticed. It took people screaming her name to get it mentioned finally on the media. We need to do the same.

Love that poem. My mom has to memorize it in school back in the 1940’s. I gave a copy to my old football coach too - told him I felt like the years learning from his wisdom were summed up in the IF poem by Rudyard Kipling.
Must have been quite a good coach. Going a bit beyond passing and running drills. :)
