I don’t think old Joe is fixin’ to CROAK anytime soon. He may get loonier and loonier for years yet. He’s about where dearly departed President Ronald Reagan was when he retired from public life. Just not in a good place to become president. 10 years ago he could have done the job, not well but he could have done it. Now Joe’s walking around in a daze and it never gets better, only worse.
