Joe Biden is a long way from a crow. One does not have to be a scientist to know crows are smart and intelligent. One just has to observe them in action. But to get back to the story, crows, according to scientists, crows are capable of conscious thought. Joe Biden, on the other hand is not capable of either conscious or unconscious thought. However, Joe Biden is not at the bottom of the chain. Those who have voted for Joe over the past 47 years are in worse condition than he is.
They’ve done elaborate intelligence tests with crows that clearly show tool usage—like a crow will use a piece of twig to get at a treat that he can’t access otherwise.

While mowing my lawn a crow landed on an overhead wire and proceeded to turn around right above my head. I stopped mowing and said “nice try a**hole”. He flew across the street, landed on a wire and took a big dump. Ya they know.
