Bill Clinton said the same thing in the 90s. — the government could let you keep more of your own money, but you wouldn’t spend it well, so it’s best to keep taxes high so the government can make our choices for us.

Most anyone who performed as poorly as Wallace did in his internationally-televised job last week would have been fired that very evening.

I recall this. It was during a press conference Clinton was holding and a reporter was talking about the budget surplus and asked why the people shouldn’t keep their money if there was a budget surplus.
Clinton acknowledged the surplus and said we (the gov’t) could let the people keep their money and then said, “Suppose they didn’t spend it properly”
I never forgot that.
That is the mantra of all democrats.
He’s certainly let the mask slip.
Just in the last election Hillary Clinton said she and the government can spend our money better than we can.

They really believe this crap.
There is NOTHING more dangerous than a person who thinks he/she knows what’s best for you and you are both adults.
I’d rather have robber barons.
Their greed may be satiated at some point.
But an intellectual ideologue? They are happy when you are OWNED by them and theirs, mind and body.
thank God Cortes said what we were all thinking. And it hit a nerve with Wallace, who has his hackles up.
He is so butt hurt from the debate. If the left had their way, we would be holed up in our houses afraid of our own shadow. I go to a restaurant every now and then and when I get to my seat, I take off my mask. What’s the difference??

Democrats don’t want people to be able to make informed decisions.
Send “Orange Man Bad” federal and state government desperate Democrats home in November!
Supporting PDJT with a new patriot Congress and state government leaders that will promise to fully support his already excellent work for MAGA and stopping SARS-CoV-2 will effectively give fast-working Trump a “third term” in office imo.
I don’t see any problem with voting Republican ticket for 2020 elections.

I agree with Wallace. Heck they elected Obama and almost elected Hillary.
The problem, however, is the indoctrination by the schools and MSM — not the Constitution.
And there you have it the difference between liberalism and conservativism
I have mentioned burning masks several times this week.
