A homophobic pastor is threatening to sue a public high school in Tennessee after his daughter was sent home for wearing an anti-gay t-shirt.
Rich Penkoski, leader of extremist anti-LGBTQ hate group Warriors for Christ, told the Christian Post that his daughters First Amendment rights were violated after she was told to leave Livingston Academy in Livingston, Tenn.
His daughter Brielle, who is 15, wore a t-shirt with homosexuality is a sin written on the front, as well as 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, (snip)
My 15 year old was thrown out of school for the day for wearing this shirt, Penkoski tweeted last month. #lgbt wants to trample on your #freespeech rights while they cry for special rights.
Speaking to the Christian Post, Penkoski said that Brielle was sent to the schools principal, Richard Melton, who asked her to remove the shirt because of its sexual connotation. When she refused, she was sent home, he said.
Penkoski complained that one of the schools teachers had an LGBTQ Pride sticker in their classroom featuring the words, Diverse, Inclusive, Accepting, Welcoming Safe Space For Everyone.
He seemed perplexed as to why Melton would allow the sticker, but not his daughters homophobic t-shirt, and said that Brielle wanted to express her values.
She wanted to do this on her own. She wanted to go there to express her values like all the other kids do, he said. Theyve got kids walking around with the pride symbol on their sneakers and pride clothing and nobody bats an eye.
Penkoski continued: She was basically censored. Its not fair
that shes told that she cant wear that shirt and other people can wear the stuff that they wear.

"Homomisia"
Just a thought. Why does the left get so wrapped around the axles for things like this? Im going to go out on a limb and take a guess that most of them dont believe in God, so why does something that they would say is supposedly His word offend them so much?
Probably because they worship a fake God who edits those intolerant, nasty verses out of the Bible.
He tried to get her to undress?
I am not accusing him of that. But it would be far simpler to ask her to wear a sweater or sweatshirt over the offending T-shirt than to ask for its “removal.”
What if her father was an Imam, and her shirt had a quote from the Quran condemning homosexuality?
the father should announce a lawsuit against the author of this article too
so if she wears a T-Shirt that states a fact such as “Rape is a sin”, or ‘Murderers are sinners’ then she will be sent home because she’s ‘Rape-a-Phobic’, or ‘Murder-A-Phobic’??
Lin Wood, please pick up the white courtesy phone...
> What if her father was an Imam, and her shirt had a quote from the Quran condemning homosexuality? <
Great question. Im guessing the school would allow it, all in the name of diversity.
Lots of possibilities there.
Marxmisia.
Leninmisia.
Castromisia.
Ratmisia.
Pelosimisia.
Hollywoodidiotmisia.
Hate evil.
Call out the warning to the flock.
What rhetoric.
Can you say *agenda*?
On his part, what did they expect from public indoctrination centers?
My next T-shirt:
Not “Homophobic”;
Just “Homo-Fed-Up”
#38. Let’s change “The Twilight Zone” shirt a little to “You are now entering Congress, The Twilight Zone” with a drawing of the Capital on it.
Or tiered?
Diverse, inclusive, accepting welcoming safe space for everyone...I guess everyone really doesn’t mean everyone.
“homophobic”
One of the most misused words in the English language.
1 Corinthians lumps it in with a host of other sins that nobody pays attention to when singling out homosexuality...
” Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men[a] 10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.”
Doesn’t stop a LOT of folks with these other sins from getting all high and mighty with other sinners...
