I understand about the “new toy”. I feel that way with my teeth. I’m using this forced evacuation to go through invisalign. My friend, the dentist, doesn’t like that; he thinks invisalign can’t do the job. But, my actual dentist is the first dentist who explained why I have such problems with keeping food out of my teeth. I have always been diligent about brushing and flossing. I know I have! But, I’ve been yelled at each time I go to the doc’s. One time they even told me I was brushing too much and too hard. Big sigh.
But my actual dentist showed me that a lot of the wear and tear is because my molars were crooked and I kept, unaware, of grinding them down. They were doing all the work!
So, now, as my teeth are being pushed into new positions, I have noticed I tend to bite down on the trays, just feeling how different it is.
FWIW, I finish this process on Nov. 10.
In Papua, we had neighbors who played music quite loudly and at early and late hours. It caused a lot of tension. But then, instead of praying for them to quit, I began praying that forebearance would develop in me.
But, love for my neighbors is a very impossible thing for me to conjour up. God has to give it to me through grace. I haven’t attained it yet. This, too, is covered by the blood of Christ.

I often find that after the initial euphoria of having the problem taken away, I become depressed and impatient to finish the healing process. I ALWAYS have a post-operative depression. It lasts for a week to 10 days.
I can watch the debate tonight. I’m not sure I will though. If we were in Papua, I would prep a blood slide and have it checked for malaria. As it is, I’m not sure anyone here even knows how.

CB don’t worry about your neighbor, I have a neighbor we were very friendly for 15 years UNTIL she found out I supported Trump she has not even said hello to me in 4 years, these people are honestly not mentally stable!! SO NOW I have a neighbor that won’t even look at me and I am doing just fine go on with your life and don’t worry about whether they like you or not!! I have found that we are a very giving and loving people and if people don’t like us it is their loss!!!

After cataract surgery I don’t need to wear glasses walking around anymore. I do find it more comfortable to read small print with reading glasses. The ones from the dollar store work just as well for me as the “expensive” ones from a pharmacy but the dollar store glasses do not last as long.

I’ve always had bad teeth as well. And I’ve been told I don’t brush enough, too hard, I can never get it right. Now I have finally seem to figure it out, because I get high marks at the dentist office. But now I have an implant, a bridge, lots of expensive things to show for the error of my ways in my youth.
Sounds like we have gone through similar things with neighbors. I pray to not let it bother me, for me to see my neighbors as God sees them. I asked to not be mad at the dog because it was being neglected, and instead that made the Barking even worse. Kind of like a baby crying. I mean made it worse when I heard it because I knew it was out of the dog suffering. These people are just trash. I have no patience with animals or children suffering.
Doctors here don’t know how to test for malaria?
OMG CONGRATULATIONS, I am also a cancer survivor, ovarian, I was very young 26 why I have no children!! Surviving back then was a miracle but NOW they have come such a long way!! My father passed of kidney cancer at 46 years old he would have survived today!!

Oh I would be just fine with them not even looking at me if they would get rid of all their animals. Half of their dogs are in these tiny little cages and they bark constantly. They are completely neglected. The other half are running loose and will be run over eventually. We’ve been here five years and they never have a dog that’s older than two. They are really horrible people.
I am very blessed I have always had GREAT teeth I am knocking on wood right now!!
