The thing that bugs me is that Biden can also be nasty - usually towards the little guy - and gets a complete pass as a “nice guy.”
Truer words were never spoken.

I am not so sure about #1.
In the early stages, the afflicted person will manage certain areas of his life with no sign of dementia.
Only those who are very close and who are very well aware of his past abilities will see the mental decline.
I have a really good story illustrating this.
My mother called me very worried about whether she should contact their bank and ask what Dad was doing with their investments, which was substantial.
Dad had been tothe bank to make some changes and when she asked him what he had dodne, his reply was that he could not remember but whatever he did, it was the right thing to do.
She wanted to know if I thought she should call the bank and ask them what he was doing with the money.
Not that she was afraid to, just that she did not want to embarrass him.
My advice was that the money was shalf hers and if she had any worries she should make the call.
So she called.
Then she called me and said that he said “Whatever I did, it was the right thing to do.”
I never asked for the details. It was none of my business because Dad was still competent in that area and it was really none of my business.
Yet he could not remember what he had done for the 30 minute drive from the bank.
So Biden could very well be in the early stages of dimentia and still be able to pull of last night’s event.

For 30 years I’ve been saying that my idea of a good President would be one similar to J.R. Ewing from “Dallas”...screw your enemies before they can screw you...Trump is the closest I’ve seen.
He still might have dementia.
Just not late/end stage.
I would have used street fighter instead of street thug but the rest is great.
It’s funny. Woods has a major role in some very liberal movies.
But for one to make a living in hollywood, it is what it is.

To fake dementia over the past year would require intelligence he's never had. In other words, he's too stupid to be smart enough to pretend to be that stupid.
