The organizer of a Southern California rally against police brutality and racism was charged with attempted murder Tuesday for driving her car into counterprotesters and running over a womans head.
When youre talking about attempted murder, youre talking a requirement that the state prove that she drove into the crowd with the true purpose to cause someones death, Armour said. That says something about their motivations, their character, their state of mind. Its a value judgment. Its a moral judgment.
Prosecutors are alleging just that. The felony complaint said Turner had the specific intent to kill the woman who was run over.
The victim has not been named. Authorities said she was hospitalized with major injuries and expected to survive.

Looks like this DA isn’t one of Soros’ puppets.
What about charges of hate crime and terrorism?
I would say letting others run over her three to four times would be a fitting punishment.
Yeah but Antifa and BLM are “Just an idea” right Fingers Joe
Sounds like a perfect candidate for Kamala Harris and her Bail Project
Wasnt that a mostly peaceful exhibition of assault with a vehicle. Nobody died, right?
Don’t Tread On Me!
If the case comes to trial and she is found guilty, the governor will pardon her. We don’t know who the governor of California will be at that time, only that it will be a Democrat.
Exactly how did this go down?
Were they in the street and blocking her car?
no they were in a parking lot, when they got run down
That sounds premeditated to me, then. She had to drive off the road to get to them.
They were in the parking lot and she was too. She was was parked behind them. She got in her car and revved it up and ran through them.
I guess that’s different.
It sounds like it would be hard to prove intent.
She looks aboriginal.
Humm. Perhaps Samoan?
