I appreciate that this is an exhibition. Reality is that no one looking to make a long shot is going to use a handgun, but its nice to see 10mm getting some love.

I see his pistol is aimed upward. That’s quite an arc.

11 seconds of drop.
If you hold a shell and drop it, it hits ground in under a second.
He had to fire far above the target to reach it.

Considering he had to adjust for windage and other external factors as well, that was one monster shot for anyone, much less with a handgun. Wow.

Did I miss something? Not a very informative article without the size of the target. I could probably hit Mount Everest from a mile away with my eyes closed.

6030 feet in 11 seconds? Surprising. But an amazing feat!

Once is luck.
Twice is coincidence.
Three times is skill.

It’s a fun story, just enjoy it
It would be interesting to know what the velocity of the bullet was at the time it hit the target. It almost makes you think you could reach out with your hand and grab it at that point.

“6030 feet in 11 seconds? Surprising.”
Probably takes a few of those seconds, just for the sound to make it back to the shooter.

Wow.
I’m laughing at myself. I thought I was good with my GP 100 (Ruger) out to two hundred yds.
Wow.

With so many of the Border Patrol Officers working out in rural areas, it might be possible for some to carry this small attachment, where a rifle is too cumbersome.
