The issue is your rain can select what noise you naturally listen to. A hearing aid amplifies all sound and it is difficult to get used to it.
As I sit here, I have a TV on, the washing machine going, a dog barking outside, and my ever present tinnitus. That said, I can hear my wife when she speaks.
With a hearing aid—those noses are all there—just louder.

The camera (at debate) needs to focus very closely inside Biden’s two ears. Then the camera needs to go around in a circle showing if there is a teleprompter in the room.

It appears to entirely block the ear canal. I’ve worn hearing aids for some time and have never seen one like that. The idea of a hearing aid is to boost the parts of the audio spectrum that you are deaf to and leave the rest one. You tend to lose the higher frequencies first. If there’s one good thing about this, they are the easiest for the small speaker to prodjce.

When they shake hands at the debate, Trump should look Biden straight in the ear and then (without letting go of Biden’s hand) point to the ear and announce that Biden is wearing an earpiece.

Matters little to me the workings of the devices. The intent of the exercise is being violated if he is using a speaker in the ear. And according to the health report I gave in my first post, he doesn’t need it, so he is cheating. He shouldn’t be stopped after the fact, he should be denied using it prior to the contest. Make it an issue of his honesty and integrity. He’s lied and cheated before. Old dog..no new tricks theory.
