Many of us grew up believing in MLK’s dream that people should be judged not by skin color but by the content of their character. Now we are told that it was all Bullsh*t, and that people SHOULD be judged ONLY by skin color, and that we are to be damned for ours.
Blacks make up about 13% of the 329MM people in America, while Hispanics and Latinos make up about 18%. That's 31% or about 102MM people.
USA Today put the number of protests by the end of June at 1,700. Let's assume that the average number of protesters was 1000 per protest, meaning 1.7MM people protesting. Let's further assume half of the protesters were black and Hispanic..that means 850k protesters.
So, 0.84% of all blacks and Hispanics protested (and let's say also rioted). That means 99.16% didn't protest or riot...we can round to 99% and assume some proportion of non-protesters may be sympathetic to the protesters' rantings and ravings....but that's not "every nonwhite group on the planet..."
Let's consider the reverse....there is some fraction of whites who are the American Renaissance equivalent of the rioters. The left claims that "every white group on the planet came by and sucker punched us from behind, called us black devils" etc. We get (rightly) peeved when this happens.
So, explain to me why it is OK to call out Brian Williams-like math-challenged leftist stereotypes, but this Epsilon-Minus Semi-Moron "straight up cracker" gets a cheery two thumbs up?

I swear to Gd this is me. My parents WORSHIPPED black basketball players and football players. My mom taught me about the painful history of slavery in the USA, and what we did to the Indians, whose art adorned every wall and table in our home. In the 1970s all races all over media were depicted together as friends, Black was beautiful.
In college in the 80s for 3.5 years this white Jew had a black boyfriend. At work, in our Japanese run company, the whites and blacks were the tiny minority people. But overall, race was not much of an issue in my life. When someone acted racist to see an interracial couple, we thought them stupid and backward. And they were the rare minority in our mixed area of Los Angeles.
It boggles the mind how now I am told I am super racist and have all this privilege and I am so absolutely racist that I don’t know how racist I am. That is an argument you can’t win. But it isn’t an argument. It’s gaslighting. It’s exactly like being in an abusive marriage where you are told YOU ARE CRAZY for speaking any truth.
The only good thing about obama being elected was that we elected a black guy. During the election I actually forgot that he was black. His liberal and commie ideas is what I identified him as.
Anyway - I thought it was great that at least a black guy could be elected and we could move past this idea of racism.
Boy - did obama screw that up. He moved the country 50+ years into the past in how he dealt with racism. It’s 1963 all over again.
