This is Josh of National Journal citing the NYTimes article by Thomas B. Edsall. According to the NYT, "Mr. Edsall contributes a weekly column from Washington, D.C. on politics, demographics and inequality."

I don't have the numbers to confirm/refute the statement, but if true, that would be staggering.

It makes complete sense, I have registered over 10 times in the last several weeks in Pa and I checked ‘White’ and ‘Uneducated’ on the form. I know many others are doing the same.

One other bit of good news re: elections. Many of PA’s unrequested, mass mailings of ballots to all registered voters are coming back incorrectly and are tossed.
