UN Secretary-General António Guterres on Tuesday urged the world to prevent a Cold War and halt conflicts so it can focus on the coronavirus pandemic. He made the comments as he opened the almost entirely virtual UN General Assembly general debate, marking the organization’s 75th anniversary.
“We must do everything to avoid a new Cold War,” Guterres said.
“We are moving in a very dangerous direction. Our world cannot afford a future where the two largest economies split the globe in a great fracture — each with its own trade and financial rules and internet and artificial intelligence capacities,” he said, without explicitly mentioning the US and China.

I wonder who the biggest funder under the table to UN folks is.
Maybe it’s a conspiracy theory.
But I trust the folks in charge of the UN as much as I trust my ex.
Well, if Alger Hiss can get away with making the UN Charter a clone of the 1936 USSR constitution, who knows what his ideological descendants have gotten away with.
Seems to me that the UN is most likely complicit in the corruption of US morals more than the Democratic Party itself; look at the dismantling of US morals since it came into existence (”free love”, easy divorce, abortion, homosexual “rights”, shoving God out of schools, ad nauseam). No conspiracy theory. 44 out of 45 communist goals for the USA fulfilled.
