Military Ping on TRICARE Fraud conviction
15,000 dollar fine....how about tens of millions they bilked TriCare for.
Seize their property, their funds, their retirement accounts, THEN, put them in a locked room with some of their veteran patients with rubber hoses!!!
It would be difficult to find lower scum than these 2 ‘Doctors’.
The maximum penalty would have been 130 million dollar fine, plus 10 years in prison.
they got a 15,000 dollar fine and 1 year in prison and 1 year house arrest. Either the prosecutor is incompetent, or these doctors bribed politicians with the stolen money.

Who did they pay off for such a light sentence beside the judge and prosecutor?
