Doctors and dentists are reporting more cases of cracked teeth and insomnia as the coronavirus pandemic takes a toll on the nation’s stress levels.
PepsiCo’s latest drink Driftwell is pitching itself as a way to combat the problem.
Pepsi employees came up with an idea for a beverage to help consumers de-stress and relax before bed as part of an internal competition started last year by CEO Ramon Laguarta. The concept won, and the food and beverage giant went to work to make it a reality. Emily Silver, vice president of innovation and capabilities at Pepsi’s North American beverages unit, said it is the fastest new product to ever come out of the company. Driftwell will be available nationwide on e-commerce sites in December and in grocery stores by the first quarter of 2021.

Yes, it is real. My dentist I’ll up many years ago, prescribed me and insert to wear when I slept in order to combat against grinding my teeth when I sleep. It does happen due to stress.
If you can lower your stress levels, then the granding will go away. But, with all of this COVID stuff, people’s stress levels are off the charts. Add to it politics, and it gets even worse.
Bring back CocaCola with cocaine, and Pepsi with opium.
And Mountain Dew with moonshine!

I can’t find Caffeine Free Coke or Caffeine free Pepsi in any store where I live. If they’re concerned about people not sleeping, why isn’t this product on store shelves? I actually called Coca Cola & the woman blamed the shortage on the Pandemic. Makes no sense because you can buy Caffeine Free DIET Coke or caffeine free diet Pepsi.
I was once told that distributors made the call on where drinks are sold likely based on sales. I used to drink diet Mug root beer occasionally but though Mug was sold the diet option was removed. It was regional from what I was told and by more than one person.
I have seen caffeine free Pepsi readily available but Pepsi max is the only Pepsi brand I buy but that is maybe 1 or 2 times a month.
Check with the store manager(s) and ask.
WTF? The entire nation will be drugged. I know the democrats already are, but geeshh. I’ll stick with my trazodone thank you.
