Yikes! Hopefully lesson learned! We’ve had people airlifted off our neighborhood mountain for much less!

Yea, it was pretty brutal but we had lots of water and the ability to filter more.
I have a small Sawyer filter. I took it on a short four mile hike last weekend.
I realized 1/4 mile in that I forgot my water bottle in the car. (My wife had hers so we kept going)
I had my filter so we stopped along the trail and filtered in a little creek.
