I am much looking forward to the normalcy of Pro Football during this surreal time of disease, shut downs, masks, violent riots, hurricane, wild fires, murder and mayhem, idiotic laws and rules galore.

I will turn the Niners on right after kickoff so I don’t have to watch any anthems or kneeling. I plan to enjoy football for all it is worth.

If it comes to the NFL pushing me away, then fine. But as long as I just see football and naught else, then bring it on. I love football. I am not giving it up just because people are stupid today. I don’t have enough life left in me to miss a season of football.

Talk to me a year from now and I will probably be fed up and on the boycott train too. It seems inevitable, but so far so good.

Plus, if I can finally get the hell out of California for good next year, this will probably be my last season to watch the 49ers on live TV unless they are playing the Cowboys or Giants, etc.
