She sounds like a tyrant but this one sounds like 'what's the problem?' to me. She's paying someone to make her a latte and tells them how she wants it, she has some basis to complain if they can't or won't make it that way.
The fact that Mariah spoke out against her is a strong indicator. Contrary to popular belief Mariah is extremely sharp, intelligent, graceful, and exceptionally kind and generous to the people who work/ed for her, of which I was briefly one.

If Mariah only had recorded ONE single, that very first one;
Vision of Love, would be enough to make any musician very proud. It’s remarkable to know that this was her first fully produced single. The record producers must have been stunned.
I think all the singing on it, all the harmonizing is her voice. I can only think of someone like Joni Mitchell, another natural talent, who was able to pull that off so successfully. Listen to Ladies of the Canyon and many others.
