We are still under threat of blackouts because of this supposed heat wave.
I think that blackouts occurred in 22 California counties this past weekend.
They are immune to irony.
And they have rolling blackouts lasting hours or even days.

I pay 8 cents per kilo-watt hour in Texas.
Not only are there rolling blackouts, but the infrastructure is OLD and randomly goes down. Plus, the electric companies can now turn off the power to "prevent" fires every time the wind blows.

The revealing New Michael Moore Documentary says renewables are a hoax. It is a well done film and I’m not a fan of Moore.
If you get up in what they call the Northeast Kingdom of VT there are actually a lot of conservatives. Especially the family farmers. They will have signs on their barns that say: Take Back VT.
Most people do not realize that Vt was actually a conservative state until all the Ben & Jerry(hippies) types moved in from NYC in the 60’s & 70’s.
The problem was that the liberals in the Burlington started out voting the rural working people. Burlington is another college town. UVM is there. My son was offered a PHD position there. Everyone there is a hippie. A Long haired, bearded, pot smoking dope. My son passed on going to school there. Actually, he passed on getting a PHD altogether. He was also offered a PHD at GATech. Got a job instead.
VT is also a poor state. The biggest part of their economy is tourism. Ski areas and bed and breakfasts. Up until about 10 years ago there were more cows in VT than people.
So, the liberals took over. They promised all the poor people socialist pie in the sky ideas and the poor people voted for them.
The only conservatives in the state that are left are the family farmers and the bed & breakfast owners. Which are almost all ex NYC Wall street types. They all have the same story: I used to be a trader on Wall Street. I did that rat race for X years. Now I make pancakes.
Do they think their color revolution is already in the bag?
Or does GEOTUS already have their signed confessions for kiddie-diddling and he's making them destroy the Dem Party before he sentences all of them?

Run your dishwasher and clothes washer only when full. Wait until after 9 p.m. to use these and other major appliances. When possible, wash clothes in cold water. About 90 percent of the energy used in a clothes washer goes to water heating.
