Im not supporting hollyweird
Or sitting with people with zero manners acting like they are in their living room
Die, Hollywood, Die!
Somebody in the pool the other day said they were selling tickets for 15 cents. They said they sold out quick. Id say so. Why not? Theaters make their money on food and drinks anyway.
AMC has been owned by China since 2012.
You wouldn’t catch me in a theater even if we weren’t in a pandemic.
You couldn’t take me to see something produced by Hollywood leftist if they offered free tickets and a fully stocked complementary limo. I just have no interest in their make believe fake s**t.
They could set up social distancing, but I would still get the fat broad behind me crinkling a plastic wrapper the whole f’n movie.
When I was a kid the Saturday matinee would charge a dime and the popcorn and drinks were cheap. But so was the movie. Always some old action movie that sucked. But all us kids didn’t care. We’re to busy having spit wad fights.
In MA several said they wont open because they will only allow something like 25% capacity or 10 people including staff irregardless of capacity.
AMC is owned by the Chinese. Let them die!
Back in the day, everything was better. I wouldnt have minded growing up then. The only thing I might not have liked it limited tv watching.
...and I’ll miss 100% of the movies in that 70%.

If they can only seat a limited amount of people, like 25 to 50 %, due to distancing, I don’t know how they can make it.
In normal times I’d been to some showings that were already sparely attended. Whittle that number down due to covid precautions and you’re showing films for 5 or 10 people at a time. They’d better be awfully wild about popcorn!
Oh goodie, just in time to see the cringe fest that Bill and Ted Get Old is sure to be.
It's safe to assume you're not a mentally disturbed feminist coal burner with grandiose fantasies of empowerment. That emotional demographic controls about 70% of consumer spending.
No more movies for me.
I understood the 15 cent tickets to be a promotional ploy. It won’t stay that way for long.
