THE second victim in Kyle Rittenhouse's alleged shooting spree during a Kenosha protest has been identified.
Family and friends said Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, passed away from his injuries on Tuesday night after he was gunned down protesting the police shooting of Jacob Blake.
Rosenbaum is from Texas and moved to Kenosha within the last year, according to reports on social media.
A friend said he was shot in the head, reported the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
He is survived by his fiancée and a young daughter, the newspaper stated.
"May you forever be with the angels and rest easy bro. I love you!" his sister wrote on Facebook.
A GoFundMe page was set up by his friend Adriana Garcia to help his fiancée with his funeral and burial costs.

The world is a better place thanks to Kyle Rittenhouse.
He started chasing Kyle, who began retreating across the parking lot. Head shot threw a bag of something at him and Kyle kept retreating. Head shot kept advancing and closed in. Kyle ended up in between two cars, turned and finally aimed his rifle at the aggressor, who kept advancing.
Kyle then fired a round, maybe a warning shot or just missed. A heartbeat later, Hole in the Head, who never stopped advancing, continued towards Kyle and was within just a few feet when Kyle opened up at him with several shots.
I believe the first of these trigger pulls, second round overall, was the fatal shot as you could clearly see the aggressors head and upper body “snap backwards”, and down he went.
No doubt in my mind Kyle was the source of the kill shot.
Self Defense, plain as day.
He’s from Illinois, so he could get a FOID card and purchase firearms if he has his parent or legal guardian’s permission.
He looks like he’s 5’2”. Short man syndrome cost him his life.
So far, I have not seen any information about the sex of the person he was convicted of abusing. If it was a male then, well, he’s chasing a 17 year old male....
I’ve watched the videos. The kid had pretty darn good weapons handling...
