I found FR via Drudge in '98 and have seldom even looked in at his site since then.
They may not read/spend a lot of time on it but it does still
get its hits.

views, up from 781 million page views the month prior.

You have to wonder how many hits to the Drudge website are legitimate, factoring in the 15 second auto refresh. Each refresh grants him another hit.
